OUR STUDENTS
ELM is more than a music program – we change the trajectory of our students’ lives by providing them with skills that are transformative and transferrable. Through a 10 year journey with ELM, our students:
Grow as musicians, taking pride in their own achievements and that of their fellow performers
Collaborate in small and large ensembles, developing social and emotional skills needed for success
Become curious, creative and confident individuals who bring joy to themselves and their peers
Master problem-solving through practice, commitment, and creativity that scaffolds their academic endeavors
Grow as mentors and leaders who make a meaningful difference in their community.
Graduate from high school ready to pursue higher education and a career of their choosing
Our ultimate goal is that students complete the program as musicians, scholars, and leaders who are prepared to thrive and contribute to their community.
