Development Manager
We are seeking an energetic, thoughtful professional to join our dedicated staff and grow with us during this exciting time of expansion at ELM.
Position Summary
The Development Manager is a critical partner to the Director of Development, driving the day-to-day systems, execution, and donor experience that make ELM's fundraising strategy run smoothly. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented fundraising professional who enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders. The Development Manager plays a key role in advancing both multi-year campaigns and our annual fund. Reporting to the Director of Development, this position includes donor strategy, communications, grants, events, and is the key support on donor operations and data within our CRM, Bloomerang. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys working with both people and data, and is passionate about furthering our mission.
This is a full-time, hybrid role with occasional evening or weekend work required for donor & board meetings or events. Pre-Orchestra Strings Specialist
We are seeking an energetic, thoughtful professional to join our dedicated staff and grow with us during this exciting time of expansion at ELM.
Position Summary
ELM is looking for a qualified Teaching Artist (TA) who is responsible for teaching ELM students and ensuring the highest quality of ensemble experiences for our students through classes and ensembles. TAs contribute to curriculum development and pedagogy in collaboration with other ELM music faculty. TAs uphold ELM’s philosophy to support each child holistically and help facilitate community and family engagement.

Student Volunteers for Fall 2026
We are looking for highly motivated high school junior and senior students to assist in our Saturday rehearsals. You should have 4-5 years of training on your main instrument. This is a tremendously gratifying way to share your skills and talents with enthusiastic and dedicated young musicians. The instruments we look for are: cello, violin/viola, clarinet, flute, trombone, and trumpet.
The intern will assist teachers in rehearsal setup and prep, will assist during group classes and/or play alongside other students during the orchestra rehearsals.
We are also looking for highly motivated high school junior and senior students who are interested in Performing Arts Production that could include stage management, sound, and lighting.
