Seeking Academic Program Coordinator
ELM is seeking an Academic Program Coordinator who would be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of ELM’s Reading Buddies Program, which supports the reading comprehension and literacy development of elementary-aged music students through one-on-one volunteer tutoring. This part-time, hourly role is ideal for someone who is organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about literacy and educational equity.

Student Volunteers for Spring 2026
We are looking for highly motivated high school junior and senior students to assist in our Saturday rehearsals. You should have 4-5 years of training on your main instrument. This is a tremendously gratifying way to share your skills and talents with enthusiastic and dedicated young musicians. The instruments we look for are: cello, violin/viola, clarinet, flute, trombone, and trumpet.
The intern will assist the main teacher in rehearsal setup and prep, will assist during group classes and/or play alongside other students during the orchestra rehearsals.
